Daniel was previously the 2nd largest individual shareholder in Palisade Investment Partners ($6 bn AUM, direct infrastructure assets across 23 businesses). Daniel has extensive board experience spanning airports, ports, gas pipelines, bulk liquid storage businesses, waste treatment facilities, wind solar farms. Daniel’s previous experience was with Macquarie and PwC.
Will has 10 years’ experience across resources, commodities and real assets. Will was Vice President at Macquarie Group in the Commodities & Global Markets division and involved in debt financing and principal investments across mining projects, as well as managing FX and commodity price risk. Will co-founded Macquarie’s Digital Assets team.
Lindsay has over 35 years of operational experience in front-line senior business leadership positions - CEO, Managing Director and General Manager in the infrastructure, industrials, energy and resources industries. Lindsay also has extensive public and private Non-Executive Director experience and has a strong track record in delivering the highest standards of safety, ESG, operational, cultural, engineering and financial performance in a broad range of industries including renewables, power generation, rail haulage, gas transmission, ports, waste management, logistics, mining, exploration, and mineral processing. Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (First Class Honours and Institute Medal) from the University of Technology Sydney, a Graduate Diploma of Business Management from Edith Cowan University and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
David has 30 years experience working across the energy, utilities and resources sectors in the Asia Pac and North America. David is a strategic and operational leader with an extensive background in delivering a portfolio of projects and reliable operations. David was most recently SVP Asia Pac East of Wood's Operations Division delivering multi-million dollar critical services to complex and diverse industries.
Joanna is a senior executive, lawyer and company secretary with 25 years’ experience in corporate governance, capital markets, M&A, infrastructure projects and regulator engagement across multiple jurisdictions and in listed organisations. Joanna was previously General Counsel and/or Company Secretary at ME Bank, Jetstar Airways, Billabong International and Epic Energy, and has also held senior legal positions with Alinta Energy, ExxonMobil and QGC.
Denis Skrinnikoff has been the Chief Technology Officer of Iris Energy since October 2021. Mr. Skrinnikoff is a technologist with more than 15 years’ experience in the cloud and data center service provider space. Mr. Skrinnikoff has an extensive networking background, as well as experience operating and architecting a national fiber network, with a specialty in enterprise architecture. He has been involved in the design, construction and management of tier 3 data centers, acquisitions and mergers, and managing business units in a publicly traded company.
Tom has 35+ years’ experience in large-scale project management and delivery. Tom previously led numerous Canadian federal and provincial infrastructure projects ($3bn+ since 2008).
Bom has 13 years’ experience across investment banking and corporate law. Bom’s previous experience was with RBC Capital Markets, Citi, Highbury Partnership and Mallesons.
Yvonne has 20+ years’ experience in finance and tax – focusing on infrastructure & utilities. Yvonne’s previous experience was with AustralianSuper, Ausgrid, EY, Optus, Sonic Healthcare and PwC.
Glenn has 14 years’ experience across finance, resources and commodities. Glenn was most recently APAC COO and Division Director for Commodity Markets and Finance at Macquarie Group.
Kent has 15+ years’ experience in investment banking and financing in infrastructure, power & renewables. Kent was most recently Vice President at First Solar, leading ~$8bn+ of investments and financings in the US and AsiaPac.
John was most recently head of financing for Public Private Partnerships and major projects across the energy, transport and digital infrastructure sectors at Macquarie Capital for 15 years. In that role, John arranged financing for over $20 billion of infrastructure assets.
